JAB Property Management is currently looking for an on-site managers to join our team!
Location:
Raintree Condominiums, 101 S. Front St, Rio Vista 94571 (34 units)
Pay: DOE with discounted 2 bedroom apartment
Part-time: Tuesday-Saturday
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has verifiable work experience as an Apartment manager. Has experience with unit turnovers and has basic computer skills (email and internet). Is a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail and is someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work and is passionate about providing exemplary customer service!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
Answer phone inquiries and respond to messages
Show vacant units
Collect Rent Payments & forward to corporate office
Clean up garbage and debris on grounds, keep dumpster areas clean
Maintain swimming pool & spa (cleaning & chemicals)
Stay apprised of the communities needs regarding repairs and maintenance
Assist tenants with complaints, issues, etc.
Enforce community rules and regulations
Has a minimum of 2 years experience as an apartment manager.
Fully competent with all phases of property management
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Gmail, Google Drive
Must have a passion for customer service!
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle
Ability to pass a full background check
