job descriptionSupply Chain Analystjob summary:Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve cross border supply chain performance, reduce costs and maximize efficiency at each stage

Plan and manager global logistics including domestic and international transportation, inventory management, etc.

Optimize shipping scheduling, consolidation plan and container utilization to reduce logistics cost

Write or revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for logistics processes, Execute according to SOP

Collect and analyze data to identify problems and inefficiencies in cross border supply chain

Minimum QualificationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or any education and at least 3 years experience in a related field such as logistics, production management and inventory control.

The technical skills required for this role are SQL, Power BI or Tableau, MS Access, MySQL, Teradata SQL, VBA, JIRA, MS office.

The business skills required for this role are quantitative and qualitative analysis, cross-functional communication, collaboration, problem solving, process improvement, risk management, financial analysis.

Excellent communication skills and result oriented,

Preferred QualificationMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or any education with 5 years experience in a related field such as logistics, production management and inventory control.

strong Data Analysis Skills, proficient in SQL, working knowledge on SQL query, deep understanding on relational database

Develop and automate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting and dashboard such as Order Fill Rate, Lead Time, Outbound Accuracy using Power BI or Tableau

Oversee replenishment process and performance across fulfillment and distribution for Walmart's four major international markets

Track and analyze suppliers and vendors performances, take action to work with suppliers to improve On time fill rate

Optimize intercompany accounting and payment procedures for Walmart Cross Border Ecommerce business
