Participate in the management and configuration of EHR, CM and other enterprise applications, including:

Management of users, including licensing, provisioning, and eRX setup.

Management of security and roles consistent with RBAC.

Testing of new versions of systems in a testing environment to identify and document changes.

Develop reference materials for and provide individual and group trainings on Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Case Management (CM) systems, including:

Both online and in-person trainings at our locations in New York City.

Personal trainings for new staff, tailored to their role.

Group trainings (i.e. psychiatric nurses, front desk staff, etc.);

Recorded videos and PDF how-to reference guides on specific topics or features.

Periodic refresher and “what’s new” trainings.

Provide end-user support for EHR and CM and reporting tools.

Assist with periodic reviews and audits (as defined by policy) of system users, permissions, licensing, and logs for enterprise applications and preparing summary reports on findings.

Communicate with staff on a proactive basis regarding IT changes and incidents that affect them.

Enforce information technology policies including ensuring adherence to funder requirements.

Work on tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

A passion for customer service and using information technology to optimize user experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, time management, problem-solving and independent work skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience as an advanced user of database-driven applications, including the use of reporting tools.

Experience providing formal or informal application support, training, and/or acting as a super user.

Experience working in a clinical setting and/or with behavioral health services a plus
