Description We are looking for a skilled Office Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. The role involves providing comprehensive support to our team in various administrative and clerical tasks. As an Office Assistant, you will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment, ensuring that office equipment is in good working order, and assisting with the coordination of office activities.Responsibilities Handle the office reception area, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing emails/faxes. Execute various clerical duties, such as distributing mail, ordering supplies, and other tasks as assigned. Maintain office schedules by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements for the investment team. Ensure the accuracy of employee, vendor, and executive contact information by maintaining an updated list. Assist in the reconciliation and processing of documents like expense reports, credit card statements, invoices, etc. Proactively resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records. Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately. Continually monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Use various computer programs and CRM to ensure efficient office operations. Perform tasks related to accounting software systems and ADP - Financial Services. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of Banner Ads development and management Ability to use various Computer Programs effectively Experience with CRM systems Familiarity with 'About Time' software Capable of Answering Inbound Calls professionally Experience with Billing Functions Ability to perform Clerical Duties efficiently Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal ­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
