Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in San Francisco, California. The position is based in a bustling office environment within the sphere of office administration. The role involves a variety of tasks including setting up office meetings, greeting guests, liaising with vendors, and coordinating lunch arrangements.Responsibilities: Oversee the organization and setup of office meetings Welcome and assist guests visiting the office Manage communication and coordination with vendors for office needs Organize and set up lunches for team members and guests Ensure the smooth running of the office by addressing any issues promptly Utilize your skills in Office Administration to ensure efficient office operations Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with guests and team members Assist in coordinating events as required Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment Handle any other administrative tasks as required. Requirements Proficiency in Office Administration tasks such as managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, routing phone calls, and filing documents. Experience in Customer Service, including resolving client issues, answering inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships. Ability to coordinate events, including scheduling, venue selection, and liaison with suppliers. Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. Competence in using office software like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. High school diploma or equivalent education level. Prior experience in an office assistant role is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
