Effectively implement the Commercial Lines underwriting criteria in order to accomplish the goals of selecting and retaining profitable business and maintaining productive relationships with an assigned group of agents. The role of Senior Document Processing Technician (Mail Clerk) is responsible for pick-up and delivery of all mail. The role will also entail handling of confidential correspondence, appointments, records and files by performing clerical work and attending to administrative and business details. You’ll also be responsible for organizing, maintaining and developing processes and produces for mail room operations and managing vendor relationships with our shipping partners. Work is performed under general supervision.
