Summary About the Position: Serves as the primary technical advisor to the Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) Director on all aspects of the development, assessment, and management of CDID programs and resource requirements. Position will be hired at the DE-03 CAT II level which covers GS-13 Step 1 to GS-14 Step10. Responsibilities Facilitates the organization’s day-to-day operations activities, including managing taskings assigned to the Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID). Analyzes overall CDID operations, procedures, and organizational structure to make technical recommendations on functional and organizational changes. Develops, monitors, and manages the CDID fiscal and personnel resource plans, supply, security, and information technology programs. Collaborates with other leaders to negotiate, decide on, and/or coordinate work-related changes affecting CDID subordinate divisions. Provides senior counsel and information papers to the Director on all aspects of CDID program integration, synchronization, and funding. Attends IPRs and decision briefs conducted for the Director, CDID to document issues, concerns, and taskings.
