Retail Cosmetics Sales Consultant
The Manager in Training (MIT) position is expected to be a short-term transitional role that provides both work assignments and training opportunities to prepare MITs to be promoted into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. From the date of entry into the AutoZone MIT program, it may be possible to progress to a management position within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the prior experience and performance of the MIT.

This onsite role is responsible for providing professional, courteous, accurate and efficient service to all Members through all communication channels of the credit union. Key Job Functions: Fulfills the financial needs of Members through education and by cross-selling appropriate products and services. Performs duties of teller and provides back-up support to the Lending Department in processing loan applications. The ability to think analytically, act in the best interests of the Member. Stay organized in a fast-paced environment with effective written and verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, members, and employees at all levels of the credit union. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of one month of similar or related experience. Prior experience in a banking or credit union environment is preferred. A high school education or GED. Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc. Must be able to obtain and maintain multiple security clearances and an in-depth background investigation to access various branches. The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for driving the commercial sales within their AutoZone location. The CSM develops and maintains positive relationships with commercial customers by managing the acquisition and delivery of products, providing ongoing customer service, and maintaining expert knowledge on parts and inventory.
