Provides administrative and clerical support for all personnel; in addition to accurate typing, filing, and scheduling, performs duties such as record maintenance, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, performing statistical processes, and participating in the completion of special projects. Also, is involved in routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workloads.

Act as lead person on projects, installations or other assignments Follow all safety guidelines, policies and procedures as required for this job Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical equipment to help meet production goals Troubleshoot and maintain three (3) phase electrical systems, plus PLC system daily Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance Set up and perform calibrations on equipment daily Troubleshoot low voltage systems daily Assemble and test experimental motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, solenoids and other electrical equipment and components Modify electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations Develop wiring diagrams, layout drawings and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansion and direct personnel performing routine installation and maintenance duties Plan, direct and record periodic electrical testing and recommend or initiate modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards Other duties may be assigned
