Position Summary:// Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Specialist directs workflow, maintains inventory accuracy ensuring timely customer service and regulatory compliance. Responsible for the daily issuance and receiving of materials and chemicals to the manufacturing areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Maintain accurate material verification, data files, records, and reporting. to reduce department’s deviation rate, inventory discrepancies or material loss. · Ensure required materials, components, chemicals and other supplies are delivered to manufacturing areas in a timely fashion to ensure continuity of production. · Perform receiving functions – receive material, inspect to specification and delivery. Receive internal WIP material from affiliates. · Verify packing slip match to received product and QA stamp of Certificate of Analysis is acceptable. Elevate COA discrepancies for resolution. · Order raw materials to meet business needs. Manage min/max Kanban inventory levels in coordination with buyer and internal suppliers. Maintain MRO items to meet business needs. · Perform various facility and equipment audits (area and fork truck checklist) to assure area is cGMP and OSHA compliant and housekeeping maintained. Submit appropriate requests for maintenance and repairs. · Provide training in operations, inventory systems, forklift training and testing, safety and compliance. · Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs and plant policies and rules. · Assist in area improvements, department changes and meetings. Participates in departmental huddles and continuous improvement activities. · This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site. · Engage others, promote and participate in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. · Perform other related duties as assigned or required. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications: · Ability to operate electric walker/overhead pallet truck, and mechanical stretch wrapper. · Good written and verbal communication, reading, math and problem-solving skills. · Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and Word. · Ability to understand and utilize ERP software application. · Must possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, provide verbal and written instructions, and resolve issues in a constructive manner. Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or equivalent. · Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Minimum Qualifications: · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Travel Requirements: · Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: · Works in warehouse, in both air and non-air-conditioned environments. · Recurring physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, crouching and reaching. · Must be able to lift 50 lbs or less and push 150 lbs or less. · Exposure to hazardous chemicals or fumes. Position Summary// Analyze, plan, and prepare production schedules for manufactured products within the production facility to meet customer demand. Create and maintain line/capacity analysis and daily production line schedules. Implement continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Draw up production schedules to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts and/or customer orders. · Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine the balance between plant output commitments and available capacity/headcount. · Gather performance data and assess performance according to production schedules. Monitor manufacturing output/performance on a daily basis to ensure schedule adherence, challenging and understanding when performance differs from the plan. · Review schedule daily to adjust for changes in customer requirements, delays in raw material delivery, and availability of production equipment and staffing. · Review system for supply/demand changes/spikes and adjust plans as needed. · Prepare and present reports that evaluate plant capacity and identify areas where improvements can be implemented. Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to facilitate decision making. · Participate in planning meetings, clearly communicating production schedule, priorities, and backorders. Work with upstream planning teams to prioritize production when capacity or part constraints exist. · Plan, schedule and communicate production according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times. · Expedite and alter production schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Assist in the root cause analysis for work order problems and issues with production. · Supports department team members to deliver mutually successful programs and initiatives. · Communicate and correlate with other departments as necessary to support production and inventory goals. · Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to interpret data pertinent to all facets of production and provide cohesive analysis of the factors impacting the facility. · Must have experience with ERP systems; Oracle strongly preferred. · Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills required. · Effective oral and written communication skills to communicate with all levels within the organization. Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Bachelor\'s degree from four-year College or university. · 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant supply chain role. Work Environment · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. · This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. · Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 25 pounds. · Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time. Responsibilities and Duties The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation for homebound patients referred for physical therapy. PT also independently evaluates, determines treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain, with emphasis on physical dysfunction. This role encompasses evaluation skills and techniques, analysis of patients, and therapeutic application of physical and chemical agents, exercise and other procedures to maximize the patient\'s functional independence. Evaluation involves strength, motor control, joint mobility, soft tissue integrity, pain, balance, coordination, posture, cardiopulmonary function, endurance, gait and functional abilities in activities of daily living.
