The primary responsibilities of this role requires friendly, helpful and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers. We have thousands of parts for our many pieces of machinery and it is essential that our warehouse employees safely ship and receive parts orders ensuring accuracy in each order and to the expectations of our customers. Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs. Daily storage unit inspections and inventory of space to make sure spaces are ready to rent. Assist customers and renters. Answer incoming calls and new online registrations. Guide customers through rental process and agreements. Maintain cleanliness, ensure the storage units are clean and functioning. Responsible for tenant readiness tasks such as cleaning the unit after move-out and door maintenance after move-out. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks including light sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris. Perform light facility repairs and improvements. Supervise other customerservice representatives and schedule employee shifts to ensure proper staffing levels.

[Job Summary [The Floorhands job is to safely and efficiently provide the manual labor required to operate the equipment on the drilling rig floor. The Floorhand participates in a variety of activities in repairing, maintaining, and cleaning the rig equipment.This may include chipping and painting, the physical movement of equipment, the mixing of chemicals and the greasing, oiling, and washing of equipment, walls, and floors. The Floorhand performs these tasks under the close supervision of the Driller. [Duties and Responsibilities [Understand the requirements of the Company Management System that include, policies, procedures and expectations and be able to perform these duties in accordance to Company requirement. [Operating of the tongs and slips to connect and dis-connect drill pipe, tubulars, casing and drill bits or tools. [Perform maintenance and repair on rig equipment. [Rig up and down procedures, nipple up and down and care of the B.O.P. system. [Monitoring and operation of the shakers. [Assisting the Derrickhand within the mud pit, mud pump and chemical sack rooms. [Performing housekeeping activities on the drill floor including pressure washing, chipping, and painting.
