The Vice President of Customer Experience will be responsible for partnering with the management team to grow, develop, and implement a consistent customer-centric culture across the entire enterprise. Provide leadership, operational and managerial expertise to amplify the customer experience throughout the customer facing groups. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $130,000.00 Annually + bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Needs to be able to work required hours as listed: Monday/Wednesday – 11a-7p Tuesday/Thursday – 10a-7p Friday – 7a-12p Strong communication skills. Must be coachable. Strong problem-solving skills. Passionate about health and fitness. Must be personable. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
