Description Rapid AI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support interim Head of Sales. This role is heavily focused on calendar management and scheduling, requiring a detail-oriented detail oriented who excels in organization, communication, and responsiveness. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities efficiently, and providing high-level administrative support. Heavy calendar management – schedule and coordinate meetings, prioritize appointments, and ensure smooth daily operations. Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion. Arrange travel accommodations as needed (minimal).
