H-2B Job Order Employers name, Geographic location and Need: Watersmith Irrigation II, Inc. is looking to fill 4 Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker positions in Christian County, MO. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position and we are looking to fill 4 job openings for employment from 3/1/2025 to 10/30/2025. Additional Worksites: Worksites are in LACLEDE, TANEY, GREENE, DADE, DALLAS, STONE, NEWTON, POLK, LAWRENCE, JASPER, WEBSTER, and CHRISTIAN counties in Missouri. Job Description: Duties: installing lawn irrigation systems to water lawns, trees, or plants, gather and remove litter, digs and fills trenches with hand tools, cuts tubing to desired length using hand tools. Use irrigation methods to adjust the amount of water consumption and to prevent waste. Maintain irrigation systems, including winterizing systems and starting them up in spring. Employees will be digging trenches no larger than 6 - 12 inches deep and 6 - 12 inches wide with shovels and hand tools. These trenches are used to hold tubing used in the installation of irrigation systems. Terms and Conditions of Employment: $17.48/hr., at 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule varies). Overtime rate of pay is at least $26.22per hour. Overtime will be available as needed. Higher pay and/or other incentives based on performance. Inbound Transportation: Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Outbound Transportation: Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily Transportation: Employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites. Disclosure of daily subsistence amount Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. 3/4ths guarantee not required due to 2016 Omnibus: Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Provision of tools, equipment, and supplies: Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools; supplies and equipment required to perform the job. Single Work Week guarantee and frequency of pay: Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is biweekly. Statement of deductions from workers pay: The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions, which are not required by law. Hang saddles and leg quarters on shackles, keeping them full. Hang at a speed of the production line. Participates as a member of the Team.
