SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Systems Administrator contributes to the stability, efficiency, and security or server storage infrastructure through expertise in on-premises and cloud storage administration by working across departments to manage storage resources, provide technical assistance to various departments, and safeguard sensitive information. Provide technical support, repair, routine maintenance, and lifecycle management for hardware and software, including but not limited to servers, switches, routers, VMware hosts, vSAN, ESXi, vCenter, Microsoft M365 (including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, and all M365 environment services, various Microsoft Windows servers, LAN and WAN equipment, personal computing devices, etc.
