SPRING CLEANUPS,( REMOVAL OF LEAVES, STICKS USING BLOWERS AND RAKES, AND THATCHING), FALL CLEANUPS, ( REMOVAL OF LEAVES), MOWING OF LAWNS, TRIMMING OF SHRUBS, WEEDING, MULCHING, SPREADING OF TOPSOIL, TREE and SHRUB PLANTINGS, IRRIGATION WORK INCLUDES INSTALLING IRRIGATION LINES USING SHOVELS, PICKS AND REPAIRING BROKEN SPRINKLER HEADS. OPERATING OF RIDE ON MOWERS, WEEDWACKERS, SHRUB TRIMMERS AND BLOWERS. 04/01/2025-11/28/2025. MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-5PM, 40 HOURS/WEEK. MAY GET UP TO 10 HOURS/WEEK OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE. $19.30-$21.30/HOUR and $28.95-$31.95/HOUR OVERTIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE. BONUSES MAY BE GIVEN AT END OF CONTRACT BASED ON PERFORMANCE.EMPLOYER WILL TRANSPORT WORKERS TO and FROM EACH JOB LOCATION. THE WORKER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH OR REIMBURSED FOR TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE (INCLUDING REASONABLE COST OF OVERNIGHT LODGING WHERE NECESSARY) AT A RATE OF $15.88 PER DAY DURING TRAVEL TO A MAXIMUM OF $59.00 PER DAY WITH RECEIPTS FROM THE PLACE FROM WHICH THE WORKER HAS COME TO WORK FOR THE EMPLOYER, WHETHER IN THE U.S. OR ABROAD, TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, IF THE WORKER COMPLETES 50 PERCENT OF THE PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT COVERED BY THE JOB ORDER, CONSISTENT WITH 20 CFR 655.20(J)(1)(I) BY INCLUSION IN THE PAYCHECK FOR THE APPLICABLE WEEK.
