The remainder of inbound transportation, meals, and hotel expenses to be reimbursed to the worker at the 50% point of the contract. As per FLSA requirements, daily meal subsistence is paid. Outbound transportation and subsistence will be provided/paid by the employer where the worker completes the work contract period, or is terminated without cause, and no subsequent H-2B employment is available.
