The EN Payments Team supports the Ticket to Work Program for the Social Security Administration (SSA) by properly compensating Employment Networks for their work with Ticket holders in the Ticket Program and to make sure that such compensation is made in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
The ER&R Support Center Analyst will need to process requests from stakeholders, determine the needed information, and articulate a response through both phone and email communications. Support Analysts will respond to inbound calls and emails and complete outreach as necessary. The Support Analyst must maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism in all communications with internal team members and issuers. Organization and prioritization skills are extremely important in this position. The Support Analyst must be able to identify situations that require escalation. Most of a Support Analyst’s work consists of customer service, email communication, phone communication, and working within spreadsheets and a CRM application.

Summary About the Position: The pay band NH-04 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-14/15. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities Responsibilities Serves as a Supervisory Deputy Project Manager (DPM) and responsible management official providing overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, product improvements, fielding, and sustainment of assigned programs. Coordinate, integrate, lead, and directly control the efforts associated with assigned program. Utilize a high degree of managerial and technical knowledge as well as a thorough knowledge of functional activities and the defense acquisition process required for effective management of assigned programs. Oversees POM planning, cost estimating, program planning, programming, budgeting, program integration, interoperability, and oversight. Serves as advisor to officials with broader and higher responsibilities on status of project, progress made, projected plans, and problems. Responsible for all aspects of acquisition to include development, testing, system integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and product improvements with a multi-million-dollar annual budget.
