We’re seeking Project Managers with a background in environmental site characterization and remediation projects to oversee the delivery of challenging projects for federal and global private sector clients. Based in the Western United States, you’ll work with other scientists, engineers, subject matter experts, and project managers on exciting projects across the region and nationwide. You’ll work mainly in the office on tasks that may include data interpretation and visualization, report writing, proposal and cost estimate preparation, procurement of subcontractors, financials including invoicing to clients, staff mentorship and leadership, building client relationships, and regulatory agency correspondence. You’ll be juggling multiple tasks, so we’ll rely on you to prioritize effectively, keeping the big picture in mind. The T4/T5 Modernization Assistant PM based out of Los Angeles, California, reports to the T4/T5 Modernization PM and is responsible for supporting the PM in managing the scope, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities for TDIP’s T4/T5 Modernization project. The Terminal 4/5 Modernization project is a Tenant Acquisition Delivery Method Project and includes the design and construction of a new T4.5 vertical circulation core, improvements to the gating configurations of T5 and a new T4 Headhouse with SSCP and T4 Concourse. This is all intended to improve the processing and connectivity of passengers transitioning through and between TBIT, T4 & T5 and to improve the guest experience and operational efficiencies in the concourse facilities. Project will also work closely with the LAWA led BHS makeup and distribution system.
