A shift manager is responsible for providing leadership to crew members and other managers during a shift to ensure great QSC to our customers. Shift Managers plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and take action to ensure the team is meeting company standards, monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next shift manager to prepare them to run a great shift. Shift managers are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
