Job Description Summary
Works independently leading activities associated with Energy Supply contracts and contract management. This may range from running daily processes to conducting, or providing input to, ad-hoc analyses and/or special projects. Accountable for actively representing Eversource’s interests in filings and presentations before Federal and State regulatory entities and interest groups, in negotiations with commercial counter-parties, and in analysis of strategies and objectives of the Company regarding lowering costs to Eversource’s customers and maintaining the reliability of the electric and gas energy supply business.

This positionis responsible forthe oversight of all programs and processes designed to evaluate,measure,and verify the electric and gas energy efficiency programs. The programs will be primarilycomprisedof statistical models and analyses intended to document energy and demand savings, provide an understanding as to the outcome and ways to improve current, orassistwith the selection of future programs, and document compliance with regulatory and other government agencies. This position proposes solutions to issues involving diverse opinions and suggests solutions that are aligned with customer expectations and the Company’s business initiatives. This position also reviews and assesses pertinent codes, guidelines, protocols, energy savings databases and related resources to ensure compliance with savings claims, performance criteria and regulatory standards.
