  • Job Description:

  • Oversees the development and implementation of our Integrated Treatment of Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) team. Directly supervises all services in the ITCD program, including ITCD Specialists and Community Support Specialists. The purpose of this position is to monitor service delivery to ensure the highest standard of care is provided while meeting certification and regulatory standards. Will be responsible for completing assessments, conducting supervisions with staff, program development and maintaining program fidelity.

  • Oversees daily operations in the care delivery of assigned department, continually assessing performance to improve productivity, quality and efficiency. Develops and implements policies and procedures. Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment, supplies, staffing and training of co-workers. Actively participates in nursing leadership to promote ongoing Nursing Excellence. Ensures performance supports the Mission, Vision, Values and strategic goals of OZH.
