The Director of Support Services is responsible for the overall function of Ozark Healthcare’s support departments. This leader works collaboratively with hospital and clinic department leaders to ensure said areas are provided the support and resources needed to provide quality, compassionate care. This role is also responsible for ensuring Ozarks Healthcare support departments are survey ready at all times and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for the overall operations of the medical practices within the OZH Medical Group. The Director is responsible for profitable growth, accountable for strategic business planning, program development and administration. Facilitates and manages operational change while maintaining optimal patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works with the physician and nursing / ancillary staff to ensure that patient needs are met in a compassionate, cost effective manner. Works under the direction of the Network Operation Council and in collaboration with the Practice Operation Council to improve the quality and financial viability of the medical practice. The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for 6-8 POCs.
The driver/technician is responsible for delivering and setup of equipment. Cleaning rental equipment, filing oxygen tanks, and all other duties assigned.
