  • Description:The Packaging Operator III is responsible for safely operating the packaging equipment to package in process products in accordance with packaging orders, while following SOPs and Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance during operations.Essential Functions:Ensure Product/ Outserts/Label is as per product specification in the batch record. Check proper setting and operation of all the packaging equipment.Ensure the bottled product count is as per batch record.Printing of the proper shipper case label for packaged product.Check bulk and packaging components before start and entry in the packaging room.Follow up on Amneal Packaging CAPA and challenge test verification.Perform in-process checks during packaging operation. Responsible for proper data entry in all packaging use log book.Monitors equipment performanceChecks the entries of log book usage after each batch.   • Job SummaryThis position supports Operations Department objectives by keeping production and facility equipment operating efficiently. Performs repairs and maintenance on machines and equipment. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, Uses hand and power tools. Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment. Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specification. The ability to work with both Management and Production Supervision to achieve the Companies production goals. To assure that all maintenance jobs are completed in a timely, safe and responsible manner.Essential FunctionsMonitors and performs preventative maintenance to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications. Ensure that safety practices are followed.Perform repair work on equipments, utilities and systems as assigned by supervisor.Perform electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, as well as mechanical. Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used.Direct mechanics in the use of safety equipment and procedures.
