Valley is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr Strategic People Partner II to provide top-notch people resources advice and guidance to people leaders. This role will provide full cycle human resources support as our business leadership teams\' and serve as the primary people resources contact and relationship manager for their business units (interest and experience in Technology & Operations a plus) The role will drive our people initiatives as a champion of Valley\'s culture and core values to enhance employee engagement and strategic effectiveness.

Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
