In this position, you will plan, direct, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and the maintenance, remodeling, repair, and long-term functionality of the facility, associated buildings, structures, and grounds. Responsibilities Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive program of facility, grounds, equipment, appliance, and furnishings inspection, operations management, preventive maintenance, repair, and renovation. Maintain facility records and documentation including drawings specifications, manuals, warranty information, and building modifications. Review cost estimates for materials and labor required and approves as required. Inspect contractual performance of new construction, alterations, and improvements, and certifies approval. Use procurement authority with a purchase card and use the card to make routine purchases, keep records of purchases made, and maintain a purchase card log.
