Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician Location: Pulaski, TN, Bldg. 1 and Bldg. 2 Department: Shop Pay Range: $22.00 -$24.00/hour Duties and requirements: BASIC FUNCTION: Keep an efficient and safe manufacturing process operational by maintaining equipment at both building #1 and #2 to include, but not limited to the Welding/Fabrication Shop, the Machining Shop and the Saw Shop. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Preventative maintenance tasks and testing of equipment and machinery. Performing mechanical and electrical repairs using hand and power tools. Responding to alerts and operation messages - carrying out corrective procedures and repairs in line with SOPs and maintenance protocols. Creating and implementing maintenance standard operating procedures based on specific machine knowledge. Troubleshooting faulty machinery and diagnosing the root cause of the malfunctions using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities. Performs diagnostic tests for routine maintenance procedures and determines a course of action for damaged parts, equipment and machines. Electrical wiring/conduit and basic plumbing. Assists in the installation of new machinery and equipment. Perform LOTO procedures, work orders, calibrations. Reads/Comprehends written materials, interprets blueprints and schematic drawings. Knowledge of and compliance with OSHA standards to keep workplace safe and free of incident s. Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years progressive maintenance experience . Must be able to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
