Summary About the Position: Serve as a Human Resources Specialist providing multi-functional human resource services in the Management Support Division, Army Review Boards Agency (ARBA), a Field Operating Agency (FOA) of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASA (M&RA)). Responsible for delivery of full-service civilian and military human resources programs to include performance management, performance awards, and time and attendance. Responsibilities Provide guidance to leadership on Civilian and Military personnel requirements. Identify staffing issues. Recommend recruitment strategies. Process a variety of personnel actions. Analyze status reports to ensure accuracy. Provide guidance to employees on leave, schedule, pay and awards. Serve as program manager for a variety of military personnel programs. Monitor DoD Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP).
