As part of the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics department, provides analytic support to the business or clinical area supported. Use analytic expertise including knowledge of data structures, programming, and statistics to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes across the organization. Develop reports by gathering requirements, produce specification and definition documentation, and perform design, testing, validation, analysis, and maintenance. Use SQL across a variety of source systems to: locate and identify data requirements; validate the data to determine quality and appropriateness; understand necessary manipulation and relationships to be established; and transform the data to determine analytics and reporting needs. Use Tableau and Excel to build visualizations and dashboards, provide data insights, and effectively communicate technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: Master\'s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a closely related field.
