  • Summary The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation\'s effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives. Responsibilities This position is part of the Directorate of Identity Intelligence (DII) Team responsible for mission innovation. This individual will lead a team of contract support responsible for advanced data analysis of terrorist identities information. Develop an understanding of and utilize a variety of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of known or suspected terrorists (KSTs), including as appropriate, social networking and other \"new\" media; incorporate policies, strategies, tactics, techniques, procedures and mechanisms to reveal the true identity of individuals, personas, or groups by analyzing and exploiting data related to sets of specific identity attributes to build the most comprehensive terrorist identity record available to the USG. Identify, gather, and extract Identity Intelligence information and perform relational tracing to determine relationships, patterns, trends, indicators and warnings that address intelligence gaps. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with counterparts in the CT, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement Communities to support NCTC mission requirements and analytic undertakings and to promote intelligence integration. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify needs, requirements, and develop extensive recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data, and arrive at clear, logical and concise conclusions.   • Summary The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence\'s (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence. Responsibilities Maintain effective working relationships with other ODNI and IC components and other government agencies to address issues that span multiple mission or program areas. Lead as senior substantive expert responsible for advising the DNI and ODNI leadership on operational collection capabilities, and addressing shortfalls associated with current national-level intelligence priorities for foreign intelligence information collected under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). Serve as primary focal point for developing and implementing IC policies associated with FISA procedures. Lead the IC implementation of the FISA Amendments Act to enable authorized foreign intelligence collection. Oversee, manage, and direct the activities of the FISA Working Group (WG), an IC interagency working group comprised of representatives from the Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of State\'s Bureau of Intelligence and Research, the Department of Defense, and National Security Agency. Orchestrate FISA studies identify viable courses of action to address key issues regarding FISA procedures, and provide structured recommendations focused on operational collection capabilities.
