JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for the coordination of processing returns for Customers/Technicians as well as to our business partners of all Corporate inventory by ensuring proper processes are followed and all required documentation is completed thoroughly and accurately. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for processing customer returns accurately and within department guidelines. Moves returned merchandise to various locations within the department by pushing and/or pulling a hand pallet jack/cart. Determines disposition of returned products to ensure highest ROI and separates appropriately. Communicates both professionally and clearly via phone and email to Customers, Techs, FSC\'s and Business Partners. Good problem-solving, strong follow-up skills and ability to come to a sound decision regarding information that has been provided.
