Project Lead – The Content Specialist is responsible for the daily functions of one or more hand scoring contracts. This includes actively participating in scheduling and resource planning; developing item-specific training as needed, coordinating with program and project managers to ensure project is ready for active scoring; managing a team of Scoring Directors, Supervisors, and Scorers during active scoring; and performing post-project work and data analysis. Priorities include managing multiple competing deadlines, meeting customer’s requirements for quality of scoring, and directing the scoring team. As required by the project, Content Specialists are the primary customer liaison for content at Rangefinding meetings and will be expected to train Scoring Directors to facilitate teams of educators, as well as manage the workflow and client expectations.

Bishop Responsibilities Operates primarily straight-in-line trucks which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight (GVW) of more than 32,000 pounds and/or truck tractors with semitrailers or full trailers to transport personnel or pick up and deliver supplies, materials or equipment. Incumbent couples and uncouples the truck tractor and semitrailer or truck and trailer, and connects and disconnects the air brakes and electrical lines. Incumbent maneuvers vehicles within close tolerances when driving and backing over uneven ground, in narrow or congested areas, between buildings and other vehicles, between parked aircraft and when positioning vehicles at loading docks. Driver operates vehicles on interstate highways, winding roads, and steep grades and manipulates the dual braking system to prevent the semitrailer or trailer from jackknifing. Assures cargo is properly loaded, distributed and secured. Performs operator maintenance on vehicles. Ensures shipping and accounting documents are with the shipment and reflect actual condition, quantities and type of material. Completes log books, maintenance records, reports and other transportation documents for accurate accounting. May identify, inspect, and segregate equipment or material as it is received for obvious damage and needed repairs. May perform warehouse work to include issuing receiving and inventorying equipment, supplies and materials; loading and unloading of trucks; storing and pulling warehouse stock; packing and unpacking material; and repairing or replacing items on equipment. May select storehouse locations within the general warehousing plan. Operates electric, gasoline or diesel-powered forklift trucks. May perform a variety of extensive servicing and light maintenance work on assigned vehicles. May assist in dispatching vehicles or in the issuance of forms, credit cards or military driver\'s licences. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GENERAL EXPERIENCE is experience or training which demonstrates the ability to follow instructions and safely operate the type of equipment required to accomplish the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience which is directly related to the position to be filled and which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. WG-08- Must have at least 12 months of experience or training which demonstrates the ability to operate and perform operator maintenance on straight-in-line trucks which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of more than 32,000 pounds. Experience demonstrating ability to operate truck tractors with semi-trailers or full trailers and motor coaches. Experience operating vehicles over a variety of roads including interstate highways, narrow country roads, and on steep winding grades. Experience driving vehicles without mishap in complicated traffic situations. Driver has skill to operate these vehicles over a variety of roads including interstate highways, narrow country roads, and on steep winding grades. Because of the size and weight of these vehicles, drivers are knowledgeable about turning the vehicles, in evaluating the condition and load limits of bridges, in scheduling weigh points, and in accessing traffic conditions and hazards, locally and over long-distance routes in unfamiliar geographic areas. May require knowledge of warehousing plans and accepted warehousing methods, procedures and techniques. May require normal color vision to differentiate item color codes pertaining to flammability, toxicity and explosivity.
