The Manager in Training (MIT) position is expected to be a short-term transitional role that provides both work assignments and training opportunities to prepare MITs to be promoted into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. From the date of entry into the AutoZone MIT program, it may be possible to progress to a management position within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the prior experience and performance of the MIT.

Caregiver responsibilities: Medication Reminders Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises. Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed. Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals. Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Follow the Care plan. Caregiver Requirements: Previous caregiver experience of 2+ years. Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards. Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints. Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner. Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Driver license Physical endurance to complete required tasks. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work in the USA. Must be very reliable Must have experience with the Hoyer lift.
