We’re looking for a Direct Support Manager to join our team! Directs and supervises the operations of residential and/or day service programs and ensures operations are in compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and within the assigned budget. Duties include overseeing service delivery and the programmatic process. Works in collaboration management and clinical team members to oversee the overall operations of the agency, including human resources, financial management, and development and supervision of staff. Fulfill daily operational and clinical needs, while participating in and contributing to the strategic growth of the program. Monitors the direct delivery of assigned services to ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Assures licensing readiness and follow up on plans of correction. Oversee the quality of programmatic, health and habilitative services by ensuring all needs of people served are met and personalized for each person. Ensure the needs of people served, the program and the employees are met through an effective on call and emergency notification and response team. Assist in budget development, monitor program revenue, expenses and oversee banking accounts of people served. Ensure all environments (living, working and day services) and company vehicles are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner for all employees and people served. Establish and maintain open communication with staff, persons served, families/guardians and any external stakeholders responding to needs timely and accurately. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field can substitute experience. Four years of experience in a related field Experience in a supervisory or management role required A passion to serve others Strong attention to detail A curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions.
