Review and provide assistance as needed to develop and implement service plans while ensuring proper documentation SCHEDULE: Position #1 Days, salaried-full time, on call responsibilities to support contractor/dept needs with travel up to 1 -1 1/2 hours with vehicle or mileage reimbursement available within Alamakee county - Waukon, Decorah and Lansing areas. Position #2 Days, salaried-full time, on call responsibilities to support contractor/dept needs with travel up to 1 -1 1/2 hours with vehicle or mileage reimbursement available within Floyd, Butler and Franklin counties - Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Fort Dodge areas.
