Summary About the Position: This position serves as a Program Analyst in the Leadership, Research, Assessment, and Doctrine Division (LRADD) of the Center for Army Leadership (CAL), Fort Leavenworth, KS. Responsibilities As a Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: Serves as the point of contact and program manager for long-range planning and programming for the Army’s leadership assessments and feedback reports program, including the Command Assessment Program (CAP) and Project Athena.
