Description A local company in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring clients\' satisfaction and success with products or services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure their needs are met. Work with the supporting customer service team to maintain accurate schedule and work flow. Coordinate follow up for any contract. Coordinate follow up on customer call logs. Gather customer feedback and work internally to address their concerns. Manage daily service requests. Coordinate schedules with customer service teams. Analyze customer feedback to improve customer service. Provide excellent customer service including answering customer queries and responding to client feedback. Respond to customer emails, letters, and phone calls in a timely and detail oriented manner. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred, but not required. Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus. Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours to accommodate client needs.
