There are 5 different homes where CNA’s have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care, eating with elders, walking in the beautiful garden, and participating in activities in and outside our homes, providing encouragement for each Elder to reach their maximum functional ability. Since Elder Associates at PortagePointe play a vital role in the lives of our Elders, candidates need to provide exemplary customer service for our high quality environment of care. An Elder Associate can feel good at the end of the day knowing the team and Elders appreciate their work, because they put our patients at ease.
