  • In this role, you will be primarily responsible for owning the sales and profitability of accounts assigned or those in business development, by directly influencing relevant internal and external commercial activities. This includes commercial management of assigned and potential accounts, with a focus on profitable revenue growth, business expansion and business maintenance, as well as customer relationship management. You will collaborate with the engineering, manufacturing, finance, purchasing, quality, and service functions to ensure company goals are met. You will make an impact in our team and with our Clients by bringing your positive attitude, critical thinking and innovative approach toward communications and presentations.

  • POSITION FEATURES:

  • The Manager in Training (MIT) position is expected to be a short-term transitional role that provides both work assignments and training opportunities to prepare MITs to be promoted into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. From the date of entry into the AutoZone MIT program, it may be possible to progress to a management position within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the prior experience and performance of the MIT.
