  • CASE MANAGER MONTANA STATE PRISON DEER LODGE, MT MISSION - Montana Department of Corrections is creating a safer Montana through Accountability, Rehabilitation and Empowerment. JOB OVERVIEW -This position is assigned to the Montana State Prison within the Case Management section of the Rehabilitation and Programs Division; a division of the Department of Corrections which is responsible for adult corrections statewide. The Case Manager is a position designed specifically to address and support using case management skills: appropriate institutional behavior, programming, education, treatment, individual program directives, release planning, system risk and transition services for inmates. Case Manager’s duties include but are not limited tocase planning, prioritizing, and managing caseloads, release planning, classification of offenders, motivational interviewing, conducting risk assessments and facilitating groups related to specific needs of the population (Victims Impact or career path group types).
