Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Associate based in Albany, New York. As part of our team, your primary role will be to support our finance team by managing accounts payable, resident trust, and daily resident census responsibilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth operations within the finance department.
Job Description: Develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. This role will engage in work such as job descriptions reviews, conducting job analysis, pricing roles and advising HRBPs and business leaders on best practices for offers and promotions/job changes. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to compensation programs and processes for all international locations. This role maintains a working knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies. This role may partner with other compensation team members to analyze, design and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, bonus plans, and stock plans.
