You will be responsible for ensuring seamless wireless connectivity and performance, along with managing campus network administration using industry-standard switches from Cisco, Juniper, or other leading vendors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wireless network management, NAC (e.g., Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Aruba ClearPass), and switch configuration. If you are passionate about wireless networking and are adept at network administration, this is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic IT team.Responsibilities: Utilize heat map tools to analyze wireless coverage and signal strength across the network. Identify and address coverage gaps, interference issues, and optimize wireless performance. Monitor and optimize SNR levels for reliable connectivity. Configure and manage various authentication methods such as EAP, PEAP, TTLS, and certificate-based authentication. Use Radius Servers for wireless client authentication and access control. Ensure Layer 1 cabling standards for wireless AP deployments and maintain proper cable management.
