What you\'ll do The Program Manager of Value Based Contracting for Population Health will oversee value-based incentive contracts. Works as part of the population health leadership team to ensure the success of the programs and interventions that guide the delivery of high quality, value driven, healthcare to improve population health outcomes across the Bassett Healthcare Network (BHN). The Program Manager will provide operational leadership for the interior design and review process of the programs to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and be operationally linked to financial success in value-based arrangements.
