The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and accuracy of our aerospace and defense components by programming and operating CMM equipment.   • The Director of Operations is responsible for meeting the safety, cost, quality, production, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives for the business. The candidate will set manufacturing strategy and oversee daily operations to support manufacturing, integration, aerospace, defense, energy, oil, and paper industries. Near term focus is on scaling the production operation through facilities expansion, process optimization and instilling a lean / continuous improvement culture.
