The hospitality aid will act as a support to all of the departments that provide care and services to the residents in the healthcare center. They will assist with making beds, organzing resident rooms, meal delivery, distributing supplies, distributing laundry, transporting residents, answering phones, completing administrative duties, answering call lights, and providing residents with customer service support.
