This role supports the daily operation of the Prospect Development and Research department. Under the direction of the ED, the Coordinator will support the review and maintenance of gift officer portfolios by updating, adding or removing assignments to achieve desired portfolio balance. They will assist Prospect Research in the creation and composing of succinct event biographies, preparing event brief deliverables for a variety of events, and enriching high-value prospect records. They perform a vital role by making data integrity and data maintenance a daily task, assisting authorized CRM users by ensuring that prospect record updates are accomplished in a timely, accurate fashion, leading to more efficient fundraising. This position interprets requested record updates and compares against established guidelines and definitions to make accurate adjustments to the database. The coordinator will also perform routine budget support and reconciliation for the department.
The Manager of Video serves as a key leader within Syracuse University\'s creative team. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the video team under the guidance and leadership of the ED of Multimedia. This video team is responsible for advancing the Syracuse University brand by bringing it to life through effective, compelling and consistent multimedia storytelling and content generation. Oversees the end-to-end creation of dynamic multimedia as part of a larger content strategy that aims to galvanize target audience in service of advancing University goals and priorities. Works collaboratively/in deep partnership with other marketing team members, in order to ensure that storytelling is strategically oriented, coordinated and effective at achieving stated goals. Will help concept individually and work with others on the team and in the Division to conceptualize projects and bring them to fruition on time and on budget. This leader oversees both high-end productions, that are part of larger national campaigns or high-profile distribution plans, as well as ensures team members are available and deployed daily to advance quick-turn videos that highlight what is happening across the busy Syracuse University community.
The Personal Trainer position reports to the Personal Training Manager and is primarily focused on training student clients registered for Barnes Center at The Arch Personal Training program. Position will provide individualized instruction, goal setting and exercise prescription for clients and maintain appropriate records relating to clients and tracking completed sessions.
