Echo Tech Job Summary + Will be responsible for conducting cardiac ultrasounds on adult patients utilizing 2D echocardiography, M-mode, and echocardiography with color flow/doppler. + Will be responsible for collecting and evaluating clinical data while recognizing and reporting life-threatening findings in a timely manner to physician. Echo Tech Qualifications The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this position: + Associate degree or Higher level + ACLS and BLS certification required + Formal Training in Diagnostic Cardiac Ultrasound/Cardiovascular Technology required + At least 1 year of echo experience required + Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer RDCS (OR) Registered Cardiac Sonographer RCS required

  • Under the direction of the Nursing Unit Director and/or Charge Nurse, perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department.
