  • Position Description: Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the RN or designee or Director of Nursing.# Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Completed State certified nursing assistant program. Has received certification as Nursing Assistant I, and is currently listed with the State of North Carolina#s Department of Facility Service#s Nursing Assistant Central Registry with no substantiated findings, or misappropriation of property. Must be able to work under the direction of# a licensed nurse and follow written and verbal instructions effectively. Certified in CPR.
