Additionally, this role involves preparing scopes of work, advertisements, and agreements using ECMS (Electronic Contract Management System) for projects that will be contracted with consultants. The engineer is also responsible for estimating the man-hours required for engineering tasks and reviewing consultant proposals to determine the most qualified consultants for the job. Furthermore, you will assist in the consultant selection process, meet with consultants to address any project-related inquiries, review and provide feedback on consultants\' proposed man-hour estimates and technical approach to the scope of work, and review consultant invoices for payment preparation.
