Summary You will perform work involved in the maintenance and repair of grounds, walkways, exterior structures, campgrounds, buildings and related utilities and operate light duty motor vehicles weighting up to 10,000 pounds. Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. Responsibilities Perform carpentry repairs using simple measures and hand tools on such tasks as replacing broken planks on picnic tables; repairing siding or wooden chairs with nails, reapplying/repairing molding, or installing shelving, signage or items like whiteboards. Repairs minor wood structures, such as park benches, waste baskets, and signs. Performs simple operational maintenance on heating, venting and air conditioning equipment by cleaning out chiller condenser tubing, cleaning the cooling tower, inspecting and replacing filters.
